Keeping our customers and staff safe is, of course, our priority. But, as you’d expect, so is delivering on our promise to protect your people, assets, and infrastructure from the impact of fire. So if you’re expecting one of our engineers at your premises, we’d like to tell you about the measures we’ve put in place to give everyone a little extra reassurance.
- Our installations and servicing are now all ‘contactless’. This means that our engineers will take a photo rather than ask for a signature to confirm job completion, which is then automatically uploaded into our system
- All of our mobile engineering vehicles have their own heated sinks and water supply, meaning our engineers will not need to use facilities at your site for handwashing, equipment cleaning or preparing refreshments
- Our engineers will wear gloves if we need to touch any of your key controls and these will all be wiped with anti-bacterial prior to handing equipment back to you
- Our teams are adhering to stringent daily actions including frequent handwashing, careful vehicle preparation and increased cleaning of our offices, vehicles and workshops
Our technology means that our business runs from wherever we are. From booking installations to video meetings and managing our supply chain, Fireward is open for business.
