We recently installed our Dual Agent Automatic Fire Suppression System on an Arjes Titan 900 Mobile Shredder, adding essential protection to support its role in demanding waste and recycling environments.

How Fireward’s Dual Agent System Works

This system uses dry powder for rapid fire suppression and wet chemical to cool high-temperature engine components. A pneumatic detection tube network bursts when exposed to flame, releasing pressure in the cylinder and activating the agents through strategically positioned nozzles across the engine bay.

• Pneumatic Detection – Tube bursts under heat to trigger the system

• Indirect Release System – Agents discharged through nozzles aimed at key risk areas

Battery Isolator – Disconnects electrical supply to reduce further risk
Equipment Shutdown – Stops machine operation during system activation
Manual Actuator – Allows manual discharge in an emergency
