Fireward fitted the machine with a single-agent (dry powder) system, the most effective fire suppression for this type of machine.
A series of pneumatic tubing and nozzles cover the known hazardous areas within the machine’s canopy, including the engine, hydraulics and electrics.
As soon as the fire reaches 180 degrees, the system will automatically discharge within three to five seconds. There’s no power or manual intervention required, ensuring the wheel loader is protected around the clock.
Operator safety is paramount. That’s why the system also includes a manual actuator with a pressure gauge, allowing emergency release of the system and easy checking of system pressurisation as part of your daily maintenance routine.
